What should I do in case of operational issues?
Many operational issues occur due to changes in the infrastructure or the antivirus settings or other similar things. If you experience instability issues with OneView you might try to restart the OneView Windows services on your OneView server. This will give OneView a fresh start.
If restarting the services does not resolve the instability issue a restart the OneView server might be required. This will give the Windows Operating System a fresh start. All OneView component will restart automatically after a server restart. No data will be lost!
